We are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and the last two Sundays of the month. Our business hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM(or last dog). All emails, texts, and voicemails will be responded to during these hours.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment outside of business hours, please leave us a text, email, or voicemail to avoid our 24-hour cancellation fee.

All of our services have a starting price that may go up at check in. This is determined at drop off or during the haircut process.

We estimate pricing on weight, that won’t show on our website. We have our laminated weight guide in the salon, or you can ask us prior to booking your appointment.

Doodles and Oodles may cost $15-$40 more depending on coat type, regardless of weight.

These times are estimates. At Clean Butts in order to provide a stress-free, calm environment for your pet we do not rush our services. If you need your pup(s) done by a certain time, please let us know before booking an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate.

We require proof of current Rabies vaccine prior to the service.

We do not accept tags as proof, as they don’t have the pets name and most only have the year the rabies vaccine was administered. We only accept pictures/screenshots of vaccines that shows all vital information we need.

At Clean Butts we want to set up every pet for success, and as much as we understand you wanting to stay, watch or even help, we’ve found that it can be distracting or stressful.

Nyleen and Jessica have been grooming for 18+ years. We have worked in Logan Square for the past 9 years.

Emily has worked in Logan Square for the past 5 years and was trained by Jessica.

Our CBG team is:

Nyleen- 18 years’ experience

Jessica- 17 years’ experience

Emily- 5 years’ experience (trained and mentored by Jessica)

Campbell- 3 years’ experience (currently mentoring under Jessica)

Yes!! Just let us know during the booking process. If you can’t remember their name, we can search up who last groomed your pup.

We use crates to ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in our care.

If your dog has crate anxiety, please let us know in advance. We’re happy to work with you to minimize their time in a kennel or avoid it altogether, if possible. An Additional fee of $45 will be added.

PLEASE NOTE: Dogs with special crate-free accommodations must be picked up immediately after our 30mins notice, an additional fee will apply.
